this past week while listening to an episode of the podcast "how stuff works: stuff you should know", the topic of folklore was addressed. the hosts talked about how back in the day, as urban legends were passed on, each storyteller added his or her own spice to the story. but now, with the wonderfulness of the world-wide-interweb, we can just click 'send' an an urban legend is on it's way around the globe.
here are a few images from a hilarious email mass forward that my mom sent me.
hope you enjoyed them as much as i did :)
